Jet Boats

Leave at 8am to move onto Montreal by early afternoon. The first thing I do when we arrive is to try the Quebec special, Poutine, a chips, gravy and cheese dish. At first it didn't do much for me but by the end, I can see how it is a favourite here.

The jet boat ride was classic, I ended up at the back of the boat so the experience was a little weak but that gave me the opportunity to sneak a few snaps. The boat went out in the rapids near the centre of the river, some I wouldn't want to be near with a raft as they would swallow us up. The first 2 rows go smashed by wave after wave and it looked like they were getting a bit of air up there.

Straight back to the hotel to get ready for a night out. The trip back into town was delayed by more then an hour because of traffic, the one bridge back in, didn't seem to be moving. Winchester Church Hill was the club we went to afterwards. $2.50 spirit was always going to be dangerous and I counted into the high 20 drinks. The place was crazy, a real meat fest with allot of people picking up. One girl from the tour even had a couple of very attractive blond locals drink vodka off her open top. The night ended with a taxi ride back to the hotel, the taxi driver taking us on a road trip which doubled the cost.
